Policies

We accept paypal, venmo, check or cash. Payments are due in full prior to services being provided by the Academy.

In the event a session is cancelled without proper cause within an hour of start time, half payment is required. If we are notified of an absence one or more hours in advance, it may be made up in the future by appointment. 

We are not tied to any local school closings or policies. Weather closures are made on a case by case basis, typically with 2-3 hour lead time before sessions. We will update our social media accounts and will send a text and/or email when applicable as well. 

Refunds are on a case by case basis to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with all purchases and services.
